Meet Our Founder, Edward Blackwell
Edward Blackwell was honorably discharged after serving ten years as a medic in the U.S. Air Force. When he returned home, he felt called to serve youth in the DFW community through mentoring, education, and sports.
For the past two decades, Edward has invested in thousands of young people and built strong partnerships with nonprofits and local companies. He founded Be Well Kids Foundation to put “boots on the ground” in neighborhoods where youth need the most support.
With his experience, leadership, and vision, Edward is guiding Be Well Kids into the future—and invites you to join him on this important mission.
